Kelly Smith, 24, has been an employee of the company since May 2013, starting her career with the group as a spa therapist at the Norwich health club and spa. Following her progression to spa manager at Bury St Edmunds, she then went on to cluster spa manager looking after the Bury St Edmunds and Kingsford Park clubs.
Originally from Norwich, Kelly has built a successful career following completion of NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy. Now living in Hitchin with her fiancé and 18-month-old Boxer dog, Monty, Kelly is keen to hit the ground running with her new role.
Kelly said: “I’m really looking forward to this new challenge and I’m excited to learn different aspects of the business other than the Spa, which I know very well!
“Working with people is one of my strengths and though the team I’m managing now is a little smaller than I’ve been used to, it’s going to be great getting to know everyone and making our team stronger!
“Bannatyne’s is a great place to work and the support they offer employees with their progression is invaluable. I’ve spent the first key years of my career with the company and I’m looking forward to many more to come.”
