Kirwans strengthens its Private Client team with new recruit

North West law firm Kirwans has further strengthened its Southport team with the appointment of a new Private Client solicitor.
Claire Hamilton, who has eight years of experience in the legal sector, joins the Private Client department at the Hoghton Street office where she will also play an integral role in business development and client relationship management.
Claire said: “With the forthcoming implementation of Southport’s business improvement district, and numerous developments taking place in the area, there has never been a more exciting time to live and work in the town. I am very much looking forward to working with local businesses and assisting them as they make the most of these new opportunities.
“One of the ways in which we’re working with the business community and the people they serve is through the Kirwans Legal Clinics, which provide free legal assistance and guidance to care homes, their staff and the families of those who live there.
“Kirwans has an excellent reputation for having long-term relationships with clients and guiding them through the necessary legalities at various stages in their lives. It is that high level of customer service and quality advice that attracted me to Kirwans, and I am thrilled to be assisting the firm in its expansion plans.”
Claire has extensive experience in Private Client, Family Law and Conveyancing, and will also assist the Residential Conveyancing Department dealing with the sale, purchase and transfer of equity and re-mortgage cases.
Kirwans law firm has offices in Liverpool, Southport, and across the Wirral, and offers a wide range of legal services, including Family Law, Personal Injury, Dispute Resolution, Conveyancing, Crime, Judicial Review and Private Client. It also offers specialist commercial, agricultural and property advice to businesses and investors.
