Specialist recruitment company, Cast UK, has appointed five new consultants to its head office in Manchester.
Emily Hardy, Patty Buwaj, Tessa Woodhead, Usman Hameed and Andrew Barrett have joined the company, which this year celebrates a decade in operation, sourcing professional and managerial level talent in procurement, buying and merchandising, supply chain and logistics.
Emily joins Cast UK as a graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University having studied International Business. She will be working alongside Patty, recruiting supply chain and purchasing roles in the FMCG market in North London and Essex, while Patty will focus on South London, Kent and Surrey. Patty joined Cast UK with eight years of experience in supply chain roles at both International Paper and Hewlett Packard.
Tessa will focus on sourcing buying and merchandising roles in London and the South. She has eight years of buying and merchandising expertise, working with London’s largest fashion retailers and studying at the London College of Fashion.
Usman’s area of recruitment expertise will be transport, logistics, warehousing and freight forwarding and he joins Cast UK with a background in recruitment, working at Liquid Personnel. Andrew will also work alongside Usman and brings sales experience from his role at CPM.
The five new recruits will bolster the team and help to drive the company’s continued growth strategy, having increased profits by 40 per cent in the last year alone.
