John, Josh and Ben started at the award winning company just last week as trainee consultants.
Josh joins Four from RK in Manchester where he has been working as a consultant for the past two years. He joins the Manchester team for Four Financial. John joins Four from the Job Centre where he was was a manager at the Stretford branch, he will be working in the Four HR team recruiting across Manchester and Lancashire. Finally Ben joins the team as a trainee consultant, having just completed his degree at Edge Hill University, Ben will be working in the Four Financial team recruiting at the clerical level across Lancashire.
Operations director Phil Sofield comments: “These first appointments are a great start to our internal recruitment strategy, we have ambitious plans to more than double our employee numbers in the next six months”.
Phil added: “We have made a fantastic start to 2016, with an increase in revenue and the launch of our new headquarters in Bolton which has provided us with an exciting flagship office and the training facility to enable us to grow further over the next 12 months.”
