Finance and HR specialist recruitment company Four Recruitment has welcomed another four new consultants at its Bolton headquarters at Middlebrook.
Andy Cottrell, Rebecca Taylor, Abbie Smith and Stacey McLaren all started at the company this month, following their successful attendance at an assessment centre at Four’s new HQ, where nine hopefuls attended with the hope of securing a role as a trainee consultant at the award winning company.
Andy Rebecca and Abbie will all be working at the company’s new Bolton headquarters in the Four Financial team recruiting finance and accounting professionals. Andy previously worked in retail in management roles at companies including Rhode Island coffee, Rebecca joins the company from Birchall Blackburn Law in Preston and Abbie from recruitment company Landers Recruitment.
Stacey will join the Four HR team, Stacey joins Four from Slater and Gordon where she was a HR assistant. With a strong background in HR she joins the highly specialised team lead by CIPD professional Gemma Sofield.
Operations director Phil Sofield commented: “This recent recruitment drive has taken us to our predicted growth levels, having recruited seven people in the past two months.
“It is fantastic to have such a diverse team of people with a varying skill set. Recruitment is a fantastic career to enter into as it suits a number of backgrounds.”
Phil added: “We will continue to grow the team here in Bolton over the next few months, our headquarters at Middlebrook has given us a fantastic opportunity to do so.
