Four Recruitment welcomes the next generation of consultants

Four Recruitment welcomes the next generation of consultants

North West based specialist recruitment company — Four Recruitment has announced two more additions to team.

Sam O’Hara and Daniel Pilkington will join the Finance and HR specialist recruiter — who has offices in Manchester, Bolton and Blackburn.

Sam studied a BA (Hons) degree in Human Resource Management at Liverpool John Moores and will join Four’s Bolton office. Daniel studied a BSc (Hons) degree in Marketing at Manchester Metropolitan University and will join the team in the central Manchester office.

This is the third year running that Four has recruited graduates on a specialist training scheme, operations director Phil Sofield explains:

“As a small company, with a less recognised brand attracting the best ‘experienced’ talent to our business during the recession — where many were particularly risk adverse — proved to be a real inhibitor to our growth.

“We had to find a solution to this problem, or accept the fact that our growth was going to be far slower than we’d anticipated.   Our answer — to grow our own, embracing young, fresh and hungry talent from local universities and colleges of higher education.
“Sam and Dan are fantastic additions to the team.  Our graduate training programme is now firmly at the bedrock of our business plan, and has had great success.  Many of our most experienced and top performing consultants have come direct from the scheme, and are now being nurtured for management roles.”

Four Recruitment specialises in the areas of HR, Accountancy and Finance.   The company was established in 2008 when the founders of the business embarked upon the ambitious plan of building a brand synonymous with delivering an unrivalled service to the recruitment sector.
