Omni RMS Makes Two New Appointments Amid Massive Plans For Expansion

Altrincham-based Omni RMS, the UK’s leading independent recruitment process outsourcer (RPO), has made two senior appointments as it prepares to meet ambitious plans to treble the size of the business over the next three years.
New Business Development Manager, Diane Bullock, brings over 15 years’ extensive experience to the role and will help to oversee all aspects of Omni’s business development, including devising and implementing commercial growth strategies to increase market share.
Diane joins Omni having previously managed the HR Shared Services function at Cheshire Constabulary and headed the UK Customer Services Function at leading pharmaceutical company, AstraZeneca, where she also implemented an apprentice and graduate recruitment scheme. Diane has also been responsible for RPO solutions and growing the portfolio of services at East Cheshire NHS Trust.
Michael Quinn joins in the newly-created role of Bid Manager. He brings four years’ experience of successful submission delivery to major, multi-national organisations such as Sainsbury’s, Heathrow Airport, Sir Robert McAlpine and Tottenham Hotspur FC. He will be responsible for servicing new business and expanding existing accounts, providing a solid infrastructure to help support and pave the way for Omni’s growth strategy.
Speaking of the appointments, Managing Director at Omni, Howard Flint, says: “This is an exciting time for the business as we embark on ambitious plans to rapidly grow the business, thus maintaining our position at the forefront of the RPO industry.
“Both Diane and Michael arrive with superb track records and will make a fantastic addition to our team as we focus on our strategic sales opportunities going forward.”
As well as growing the business to three times its current size in as many years, Omni also plans to introduce a range of new products and services to existing clients.
Howard adds: “Previously, we have been at the forefront of both RPO and social recruitment, and we now plan on blazing a trail as a valued, strategic partner for our clients, one fully-integrated in the guardianship of their brand.
“As a modern outsource partner with a history of market-leading innovation, our strategy aims to continually improve our value proposition, while entering more diverse markets with a selection of pioneering new services.”
