Leading recruitment process outsourcer Omni RMS has been selected for the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) Framework Agreement, meaning it is now pre-qualified to supply RPO services to the ESPO’s member bodies.
ESPO is one of the largest public sector frameworks in the country, with the value of its activity totalling well over £1 billion over the last three years and approval for Omni is expected to lead to significant business opportunities.
Martin Wainman, Managing Director at Omni, said: “Having been through a very rigorous competitive tender process during which we had to prove our expertise and demonstrate values, this is a big achievement for Omni and has the potential to deliver significant additional revenue as we target ambitious growth figures.
We look forward to working with those bodies covered by the Framework Agreement, which will now have the opportunity to work with us in forging long-term, strategic resourcing partnerships and improving processes to deliver added value to their end-to-end recruitment.”
ESPO serves the County Councils of Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Warwickshire, and Norfolk, in addition to Leicester City Council and Peterborough City Council. Bodies which it represents include the education sector, local authorities, central Government agencies and ministries, and the NHS and emergency services. As an approved provider, these public sector services administered by each Council will be able to outsource recruitment to Omni.
