Last week, Omni RMS took home the accolade of Best Candidate Experience at the Recruitment Business Awards 2015 after being commended for building and maintaining brand-led recruitment journeys for all clients and enhancing their employer brands – all as part of its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service.
The candidate experience is the journey a person goes through during the recruitment process – from application stage all the way through to onboarding – which holds significant impact on talent attraction and a company’s reputation as an employer.
It’s been an impressive year of industry recognition for the UK’s leading RPO provider, after winning Outstanding Outsourced Recruitment Organisation at the Recruiter Awards 2015 in May and recently being nominated Best RPO at the upcoming In-House Recruitment Awards 2015 in November.
On the award, Daniel Solomon, Head of Communications & Marketing at Omni RMS, says: “In a skills shortage era where the very best talent is hard to come by, it’s critical to keep candidates engaged during the end-to-end recruitment journey through effectively communicating your employer brand, culture and values, thereby creating a positive perception of a company in the minds of candidates.
“Ultimately, a great candidate experience will enhance a talent pool and pipeline, build trust and admiration around a brand, and even encourage unsuccessful candidates to talk positively about the company. Therefore, this latest award serves as flattering recognition for Omni and offers our clients confidence that – whether during short-term recruitment projects or over long-term RPO relationships – we will always empower their ability to attract target talent and act as their dedicated brand guardians during the entire recruitment process.”
