Realm Recruit Welcomes New Additions

Realm Recruit Welcomes New Additions

Altrincham-based Realm Recruit has welcomed four new members in an effort to strengthen their position within the ever-evolving legal recruitment sector. Christopher Heathcote, Joseph Shenton and Matthew Goddard have all been appointed as Trainee Recruitment Consultants, while Katherine Memery has joined the in-house marketing team as a Digital Marketing Executive.

Realm’s team of recruiters has been bolstered by the trio of Trainee Recruitment Consultants who will be going through Realm’s structured internal training programme. Christopher, Joseph and Matthew are all recent graduates and have quickly settled into their new roles.

Business and Human Resource Management graduate Joseph has recently attained a 2:1 degree from Leeds Beckett University. Joseph has decided to pursue a career in recruitment after developing a keen interest in the recruitment industry during his HR-oriented course.

Chris graduated from Lancaster University in 2012 with a 2:1 in Film and Cultural Studies. Before making the move to recruitment, he considered teaching and coached an under 9s football team. He has also worked in retail and commercial property.

Matt graduated with a 2:1 in History from the University of Sheffield last summer, before moving to the French Alps, where he worked in catering over the ski season. In his spare time, Matt is a competitive pogo-stick champion!

The in-house marketing team has also grown, with Katherine Memery joining as a Digital Marketing Executive. She will be responsible for content writing and PR and will be working closely with Daniel Ockerby, who manages Realm’s social media. Katherine graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2013 with a 2:1 in English. She has recently moved up to Manchester from mid-Wales where she worked as a copywriter for a builder’s merchant.

Director Duane Cormell commented on the new appointments: “Despite only launching in November of last year, we have already established an in-house marketing team and taken on a number of trainee recruiters. This hastened growth is entirely down to the fantastic start that the company has had, which is naturally pleasing for all involved. I am delighted to welcome our new additions and excited to see what the future holds for Realm Recruit.” Realm’s new recruits will mean that the firm can work even harder to serve their existing client base by helping them to streamline the recruitment process.

Realm Recruit is a dynamic and forward-thinking legal recruitment consultancy. It uses innovative assessment methods and market-leading technology to supply private legal practices across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands with outstanding talent at all levels.
