​Space 48 Appoints Alex Shepherd As Commercial Director

Award-winning eCommerce agency Space 48, has appointed Alex Shepherd as Commercial Director to help spearhead its future growth.
Alex has been appointed to further grow the commercial side of the business – as he has a wealth of knowledge and experience, working with clients such as Virgin Money and Brother UK, within the digital sphere.
Alex has joined Space 48 from leading independent media planning and buying specialist, Carat, where he was Associate Director. Prior to working at Carat, Alex had worked at MediaVest as Associate Director for over ten years.
The new appointment represents Space 48’s growth to a larger agency structure, after a very successful 2013. Alex’s main role is to increase new business for the ever-growing agency as well as taking a lead on in-house marketing for the agency.
Alex Shepherd, commenting on his new appointment, said, "It's an absolute pleasure to be part of the entrepreneurial and innovative Space 48 team. I am looking forward to the new challenge and have my sights firmly set on delivering real growth across the whole business but with a particular focus on helping to evolve and grow the digital marketing proposition."
