Lauren Eaton-Jones, from Mold in Flintshire, joins Caulmert as a senior planner to help the employee-owned firm respond to growing customer demands.
The company has secured planning permission for residential, leisure and infrastructure projects in recent months.
Lauren has worked as a planning officer with Flintshire County Council for 10 years and arrives at Caulmert ready to help more North Wales organisations achieve their development aspirations.
Lauren said: “Joining Caulmert is a fantastic opportunity and I’m looking forward to working with businesses across the region who are seeking support in securing planning permission.
“At the council, planning is focused largely on responding to development proposals put forward by others, and it’s exciting to now be involved from start to finish working on some really interesting projects.
“I’m also eager to become an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team at Caulmert and help it to grow by using my knowledge and expertise in planning.”

Founded in 2009, Caulmert is on track to meet an ambitious 15-year growth plan that would see it employ 250 people by 2024. In addition to Bangor and St Asaph, the company also has offices in Altrincham, Kent, and Nottingham.
