Ignata Actuarial & Investments Appoints Jacqui Weller as Associate Director

Global talent management consultancy Ignata has appointed Jacqui Weller as Associate Director to oversee employee benefits, pensions consulting, actuarial and administration as well as wider client servicing.

Jacqui has more than 30 years’ experience in recruitment delivery, holding senior positions at Capgemini, and more than 16 years as Recruitment Manager for Punter Southall Group, where she was responsible for managing and delivering the entire recruitment service across the Group’s businesses.

Jacqui said: “Ignata is shaping the future of recruitment, moving away from the transactional process by overlaying recruitment services with expert advice and guidance across a full suite of talent solutions. I look forward to working closely with new and existing clients to foster meaningful partnerships and matching the right candidates to the roles.”

Ignata has delivered on hundreds of mandates worldwide, with a network of over 15,000 contacts across 20 different countries developed on a foundation of longevity and trust.

James Craven, Director at Ignata Actuarial & Investments added: “There’s a scarcity of talent in the Actuarial and Investment industry, which means attracting the right candidates is essential. In order to deliver high quality applicants, we need to become an extension of our clients, aligning our consultancy services with their business objectives. Jacqui will be an invaluable member of the team and an integral part of our future growth.”
